The Inside Scoop on Illustrating the Outside World!
Life looked different this year. We were in our homes, not all together, and there’s so much that we missed. We miss talking to authors while getting our books signed, and we miss clapping when we agree with a particularly moving answer! But one amazing thing about this new virtual world, is how we’re able to get a window inside peoples lives that maybe we didn’t have before. And nowhere is that more highlighted that in this panel that we’re so excited to share today.
Today, we all get to take a tour of four incredible artists’s workspaces! We get to see the paper scraps they gather, the tools they use, the research they do, and the way they draw inspiration from the world right outside their doors of their homes (or their vans)!
